Reposted from @coffeeandcoos I’m all for a preggy pop drop, but sometimes you need a morning sickness remedy that’s right at your fingertips. These were some of the easiest ways I could subside nausea. Lemon (or something sour), small meals (usually carbs), light exercise (even just going for a walk), and water (ice cold water). I will say that I only suffered from mild nausea.. just enough to make me pretty miserable for a few weeks. I wasn’t one of those women who are tossing their cookies from morning till night.
