My wins today:⠀ ⠀ -I got my workout in first thing.⠀ -I’ve followed my nutrition guide all day⠀ -I took the kids to Chick-Fil-A and after we ate, we hung out in the car to watch our new DVD ⠀ -I have been up and active since 8am!⠀ ⠀ A month ago, these probably wouldn’t be that big of a deal.. but today they’re monumental.
