🌟 What I wish everyone knew🌟 . . I’ve got the first 3 in my birth basics stories up now. Go check them out and let me know your thoughts. . . #1 Choose a prenatal with Folate or methylfolate in the ingredients instead of Folic Acid. Folate is the natural version of vitamin B9 found in food and folic acid is the synthetic version. . . #2 Drink plenty of water!! Water is important in all stages of life and pregnancy is no different. Healthy water consumption throughout pregnancy can be preventative care for swelling, dizziness, headaches, constipation, sleepiness, dry itchy skin, and more. . . #3 Treat choosing a care provider like a job interview. Remember you are hiring them and you should have questions when you meet them. Have a list of qualifications too. Most importantly wear your pants! If you walk in and the nurse asks you to get undressed from the waist down know you don’t have to. . . Stay tuned in my stories for the rest of the list over the next few days. I’m starting at early pregnancy and moving forward. Let me know in the comments your thoughts so far. . . #mysunshinebirth #birth #lamaze #lamazeclass #birthbasics #pregnancy #preggo #earlypregnancy
