💕 || New blog post || 💕 After a miscarriage... Link in bio It’s really difficult to talk about the hard stuff, it’s even harder to talk about the sad stuff. Since having a miscarriage and becoming a Mum I now know the percentage probability (according to the @nctcharity website) of this happening early on in pregnancy but I didn’t when it happened to us. It wasn’t until I started to be open about the fact we’d had a miscarriage that I found SO many women I knew who had also experienced miscarriage. If we were able to speak honestly (if we feel comfortable to), and normalise speaking about it, then other women won’t feel like they are suffering alone. I’ve been reluctant to talk about our miscarriage because I’ve always felt my pain “didn’t count”. That others have been through “so much worse”. Whilst that is true and I see Mums deal with so much I cannot even imagine, everyone’s pain is valid and everyone should be able to talk about what they’ve been through. This blog post is about the miscarriage we suffered in early May 2018. I do understand this can be incredibly painful to talk about, it has been for me, but by saying “We’ve had a miscarriage”, I hope I can help others to feel less alone than I did 💕 . . . . . . . . #blogpost #newblogpost #wordpressblogger #writingformums #miscarriage #miscarriageawareness #miscarriagesucks #nationalchildbirthtrust #nct #earlypregnancy #loss #grief #pain #behonest #honestmummy #copingwithgrief #beopen #bekindtoyourself #sad #itsokaytonotbeokay #maternalmentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #mumsmatter #mumsmums #formums #mumsuk #instamums #igblogger #motherhoodthroughig
